The dense little cherries really bring out that concentrated sweetness, and this batch nails it. Brewed a cup this morning and the red fruit notes carried through beautifully from start to finish.

Those high-elevation cherries made for the sweetest, most concentrated cup I've had in a while. The natural process really lets that red fruit flavor shine through, even in a pour-over.

The cool nights really do their thing here, each sip has that deep, concentrated sweetness you’d expect from dense cherries. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup stayed clean from start to finish, no harsh edges. Five stars, this one’s already a repeat order for me.
