Grape Soda

I was skeptical about a coffee with “grape soda” in the name, but the experimental blend's bright, wine-like acidity is genuinely refreshing without being sour. It's easily the most interesting cup I've brewed all month, and the flavor stays clean even as it cools.

Took a chance on this experimental blend and it paid off—the complexity is wild, like a grape soda sweetness that somehow stays true to coffee. I’ve brewed it both as espresso and pour-over, and each cup pulls out something different. Definitely a fun one if you’re tired of the same old roast.
