Timothy ★★★★★

The carbonic maceration really shines through on this one—there's a delicate fruitiness that lingers long after the cup cools. It’s from the Chiriquí highlands, and you can taste that altitude in the clarity. I’ve brewed a few Geishas this year, and this is the most memorable by far.

Lucy ★★★★★

The washed process here is so clean and bright, it’s unlike any Geisha I’ve had before. Brewing it as a pour-over, those floral notes just pop in the cup. Already craving my next bag.

Leo W. ★★★★★

The carbonic maceration really comes through in the cup—it's got this bright, almost winey acidity that I've never tasted in a washed coffee before. The delicate floral notes linger for minutes after each sip. Definitely lives up to the hype.
