Every cup from this lot tastes like a journey through Nyeri — the complexity from that high-altitude processing is unmatched. I brewed it as a pour-over and the finish was surprisingly clean, with a lingering sweetness that kept me going back for another sip.

The high-altitude growing region really comes through in the cup—it's got that bright, complex acidity I chase in Kenyan coffees, and the washing station's meticulous process clearly pays off. I brewed a pour-over this morning and the sweetness lingered long after the last sip.
