This is my new go-to morning coffee; the chocolate and nut notes are rich without being bitter. It brews perfectly in my French press, which is usually picky with medium roasts.

Finally a coffee that tastes just as good in my french press as it does in a pour-over. The chocolate and nut notes come through really nicely without being bitter.

Pulled a shot with this on my espresso machine this morning and the chocolate notes came through perfectly, with just a hint of citrus in the finish. Really smooth as a drip coffee too, no bitterness at all.

I'm not usually one for nutty flavors in coffee, but the chocolate-citrus balance here is actually perfect with my French press. Makes a super smooth cup that doesn't get bitter even if I let it sit a few extra minutes.

This bright citrus note really wakes you up in the morning, and it's smooth enough I can drink it black without wincing. Brews consistently whether I'm using a drip machine or French press, which is rare for a medium roast.

The chocolate and nut flavors come through nicely in my French press, though I find the citrus note is a bit too subtle for my taste. Perfect for a smooth morning cup without being too acidic.
