The Ethiopian note from Guji region hits first thing in the morning, bright and floral, then the Colombian Caturra Chiroso rounds it out with a smooth, syrupy body. The balance across those three origins is spot-on—the Ethiopia part brings this bright, fruity lift that plays nicely with the Colombia’s sweetness. It’s easily my favorite seasonal brew so far, and the bag’s gone way faster than I’d like to admit.

The blend of Ethiopian, Colombian, and Indian beans makes every sip a little journey, and the washed lot adds a clean finish that lingers nicely. I brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness really came through, perfect for those chilly mornings when you need something comforting. Definitely grabbin
