Este café provém da estação de processamento Banko Taratu, que obtém cerejas de explorações agrícolas situadas nas altitudes mais elevadas da Etiópia: até 2.300 metros acima do nível do mar. A esta altitude, as cerejas amadurecem lentamente, desenvolvendo sabores complexos, e este lote foi fermentado anaerobicamente para os desenvolver ainda mais. Provámos todos os frutos silvestres — morango, amora, mirtilo, framboesa — além de damasco brilhante e uma bela laranja cítrica.
