Este café passou pelo processo de dupla lavagem do Quénia, no qual, após a lavagem dos frutos, estes são colocados em tanques de imersão durante 24 horas, permitindo o desenvolvimento de aminoácidos e proteínas em cada grão, resultando em maior acidez e sabores frutados complexos. Provámos uma chávena com notas de frutos silvestres, toranja e fruta de caroço.
