Este café é uma colaboração entre Nestor Lasso, da El Diviso, e Jhoan Vergara, da quinta Las Flores. Utilizaram o seu laboratório de microbiologia de ponta para desenvolver um processo de lavagem único, isolando os microrganismos mais ativos do café e adicionando-os à fase de fermentação. O resultado é um café suave, superexpressivo e muito estruturado. Detetámos notas de soda de uva, lima, algodão doce, alcaçuz doce, flor de laranjeira e um toque de especiaria doce, com um corpo limpo e uma acidez cintilante a uva.
