Opened the bag and the beans are noticeably tiny and dense, just as described. That high-altitude processing gives a cup that's complex but still very smooth, and it's become my new morning ritual without any bitterness.

The beans are so dense and small that even a coarse grind feels heavy in the hand, and the cup comes out with a layered complexity I haven't found in other Ethiopian coffees. The altitude really does all the heavy lifting here.

First cup I brewed had that deep, almost wine-like complexity you only get from high-altitude beans, and the grounds were so dense they took a few extra seconds to bloom. I’ve already reordered twice—this is my new daily driver.
