Angel Wings

Even though the beans rotate with the seasons, this bag tastes exactly like the last one I got—that consistent buttery caramel depth is a comfort. It brews up thick and smooth, and I'm already looking forward to the next rotation.

That buttery caramel note really comes through in the cup, and the fact the recipe stays consistent despite the rotating beans is a huge plus. I’ve gone through two bags now and each one brewed just as smooth and rich as the last.

The caramel depth in this blend is exactly what I look for in a morning cup, and the buttery finish lingers just long enough to feel indulgent. Curious to see how the rotation shifts the flavor, but if it stays close to this, I'll keep ordering.
