Risterens Røde

I've been brewing this red tea in my grandfather's old clay pot and the roasted notes come through beautifully without any bitterness. The leaves unfurl into such a deep amber liquor, it's almost meditative to watch. Definitely my new go-to for quiet afternoons.

The roasting really brings out a deep, almost toasty sweetness that I haven't found in other red teas—it's smooth without any bitterness. Perfect for a cozy afternoon brew.

I’ve been brewing this red tea on the darker side and the careful roasting gives it a toasty depth without any bitterness. The leaves themselves are so dark and twisted, a pleasure to watch unfurl. It’s become my go-to for a calm afternoon sip.
