The hand-selection really shows in every cup, this batch is so clean and sweet with a lovely silky mouthfeel. I brewed it in my pour-over and it tasted almost floral but grounded, exactly what I hope for from a small-batch washed lot. Even the bags aroma previews how careful the processing was.
