Este elegante café es un esfuerzo colectivo de agricultores en los kebeles de Tima en Guji, Etiopía. La mayoría de las cerezas son Gibrinna 74110 y Serto 74112, variedades de alta calidad de los bosques de Illubabor, secadas precisamente en capas muy finas durante 15-20 días para resaltar una claridad de sabor impresionante. Degustamos mora, cítricos, albaricoque y una hermosa dulzura floral.
