Gitare AB es producido por su homónimo, Gitare, una estación de lavado establecida en 1954 que pertenece a la Sociedad Cooperativa de Agricultores de Kimaratia. Está ubicada de manera única dentro de una zona de cultivo de té y obtiene su agua del cercano río Theta.

Este café fue transportado por vía aérea por Regalia un mes después de la cosecha para preservar su frescura óptima. Una hermosa representación del café keniano, este tueste claro lavado se abre maravillosamente con notas de granada, higo cubierto de chocolate negro, ciruela y lichi.
