I’m not usually one to write reviews, but the sweetness and depth here are genuinely something else—it’s the kind of cup that makes you slow down. The fact that it’s from a third-generation farm with a Q-Grader in the family really shows in the balance.

The first cup hit different—sweet, round, and so clean that I didn’t even reach for milk. Knowing it’s from a third-generation family farm that’s been at it since 1958 makes every sip feel more considered.

I pulled this bag out of the freezer mid-week and the beans were still aromatic and lively, a real testament to that third-generation care. The processing is clearly dialed in, giving a cup that's both smooth and complex, and I’ve already ordered a second bag.
