Michael A. ★★★★★

I brewed this as a pour-over and the jasmine-like floral aroma hit me before I even took a sip. The carbonic maceration gives it this incredible, almost wine-like sweetness that lingers beautifully. Definitely the most complex coffee in my cabinet right now.

Hannah ★★★★★

First sip caught me off guard — this is easily the most complex coffee I've brewed at home, with a jasmine-like finish that lingers for minutes. The carbonic maceration really brings out a bright, winey acidity that cuts through milk beautifully.

Stella E. ★★★★★

The aroma from the bag alone is intoxicating, like jasmine and honey. Brewing it as a V60 gave a cup so clean and sweet it tasted almost like fruit juice, with a lingering finish I didn't want to end. For this price point, the clarity and complexity are absolutely justified.

Kevin D. ★★★★★

I brewed this as a pour-over and the floral aroma filled my kitchen before I even took a sip. The bright, tea-like body and complex layers of jasmine and stone fruit made it feel more like a special experience than just morning coffee.

Richard ★★★★★

The first sip was like tasting a fruit punch that remembers it’s coffee—so clean and sweet, with a silky mouthfeel that lingered. Brewed it as a pour-over and the floral notes kept unfolding even after it cooled.

Ava ★★★★★

Opened the bag and the dry fragrance hit me with this incredible jasmine and tropical fruit punch — the carbonic maceration really comes through. First sip was like tasting a perfectly ripe peach, and the finish is so clean and sweet it’s almost addictive. Honestly, this is the best Gesha I’ve brewed at home all year.
