I opened the bag and the aroma hit me immediately β€” clean and bright, like fresh-cut fruit. The extended fermentation gives it a silky mouthfeel that lingers just enough without being heavy. Already brewing my second cup this morning.

The 48-hour wet soak really brings out a clean, bright acidity that I haven't found in many other Colombian beans. It's sweet enough to drink black without any sugar, which is a nice surprise.

I usually buy darker roasts, but this washed Colombian surprised me with its clean, bright finish and almost tea-like body. The extended fermentation gives it a subtle complexity that makes each sip interesting without being overpowering. Perfect for my morning pour-over ritual.

I’ve been brewing this as a pour-over and the floral notes are surprisingly bright for a washed coffee. It’s smooth with almost no bitterness, which makes it an easy daily drinker. Only wish the bag had a resealable zipper for freshness.

The 48-hour fermentation really comes through in the cup, giving it a clean, almost wine-like brightness that's rare in a single-origin. I brewed it as a pour-over and got notes of stone fruit and a smooth, silky finish. Only wish the bag had a resealable zipper.

The 48-hour fermentation really brings out a bright, almost wine-like acidity that I didn't expect from a Colombian coffee. It's a bit pricey, but the single-origin flavor is clean and complex.
