Este microlote excepcional proviene de un grupo de pequeños agricultores en la colina Mikuba, Burundi, y fue procesado en la estación Heza del Proyecto Long Miles. Se despulpó y fermentó anaeróbicamente antes de secarse al sol. El resultado es una dulzura intensa y jugosa, horneada por el sol directamente en el grano. Notamos frutas de hueso, pera, manzanilla, flores silvestres y miel silvestre.
