I’ve been brewing this light roast every morning for the past week, and the fruity plum and currant notes make it feel way more interesting than my usual daily coffee. The body is mellow enough that I don’t need to add anything, yet the flavor lingers pleasantly.

The lemon peel note really comes through in the finish, which makes this a bright and refreshing morning cup. I’ve been brewing it in my pour-over and it stays smooth even when it cools down a bit.

I was looking for a light roast that doesn't taste like plain water, and this one's got just the right amount of brightness. The lemon peel note adds a nice zing that makes mornings feel less bleary. Only wish the bag had a resealable zipper to keep the beans fresher.

Nice light roast with a pleasant fruity aroma, and I can definitely taste the plum and currant notes they mention. It brews a bit faster than I expected though, leaving a slightly thin mouthfeel. Decent for daily drinking but not a standout.
