Este café es una colaboración entre Nestor Lasso de El Diviso y Jhoan Vergara de la finca Las Flores. Utilizaron su laboratorio de microbiología de última generación para desarrollar un proceso de lavado único, aislando los microorganismos más activos del café y añadiéndolos a la fase de fermentación. El resultado es un café suave, muy expresivo y con mucha estructura. Notamos soda de uva, lima, algodón de azúcar, regaliz dulce, flor de azahar y un toque de especias dulces, con un cuerpo limpio y una acidez chispeante a uva.
