Este té Oolong Rojo se produce solo una vez al año y está inspirado en el clásico estilo Dong Ding de la reconocida región de cultivo de Lugu. Esta versión le da un toque fresco a la tradición, cultivado a mayor altitud e igualmente delicioso. Los amantes del café pueden apreciar su regusto largo y persistente y su sutil astringencia. Opened the bag and was hit with that classic Dong Ding roasted aroma, but the taste is surprisingly smooth and floral. The leaves unfurl beautifully with each steep, easily giving three rich cups before fading.
The higher elevation really brings out a smooth, layered sweetness that sets this apart from standard oolongs. Knowing it's only made once a year makes each cup feel like a rare treat.
