Scruffy City Tostado Oscuro

First sip hit me with that deep, smoky richness I’ve been chasing for months—the Cajamarca and PNG beans give it a bold, earthy backbone that holds up even with a splash of milk. It’s become my weekday morning ritual, and the bag’s almost gone already.

The Peru and Papua New Guinea blend gives this roast a really nice depth without being bitter. I was surprised how smooth it stays even as it cools down in the mug.

Brewed a pot this morning and it's got that nice, smooth body without any bitter edge — exactly what I look for in a darker roast from a blend like Peruvian and PNG beans.
