Opened the bag and the aroma hit me right away—that deep, winey sweetness you only get from a natural process. Brewed a cup this morning and the elegance in the cup is real, silky with a subtle berry finish. Exactly what I hoped for from a Guji smallholder lot.

First sip and I already knew this was something special—that natural process from Guji really comes through with a clean, elegant finish. The beans arrived whole and roasted beautifully, no chaff or oiliness to fuss with. Ordered a second bag before I even finished the first.
