Ran it through the espresso machine this morning and got this thick, almost syrupy shot with a deep dark chocolate bite. The licorice note is subtle but keeps things interesting. Already planning tomorrow’s cold brew batch with a full pound.

Cold brew came out almost syrupy sweet with zero bitterness, even after 18 hours. The dark chocolate note really sticks around in the finish, and it holds up beautifully over ice without turning watery.

I've been making this as cold brew every morning for two weeks now and the syrupy sweetness carries through even after I dilute it with ice. Pulled a shot of espresso this weekend too, and it held up just as well with that rich dark chocolate backbone. Definitely my new go-to for both.
