Deze elegante koffie is het resultaat van samenwerking tussen boeren uit de kebeles van Tima in Guji, Ethiopië. De meeste kersen zijn van de rassen Gibrinna 74110 en Serto 74112, hoogwaardige variëteiten uit de bossen van Illubabor, die 15 tot 20 dagen in zeer dunne lagen worden gedroogd voor een verbluffende helderheid van smaak. We proefden bramen, citrus, abrikoos en een prachtige bloemige zoetheid.
