Deze bijzondere microlot is afkomstig van een groep kleine boeren op Mikuba Hill, Burundi en is verwerkt bij de Heza Station van het Long Miles Project. De koffie is gepulpt en anaeroob gefermenteerd voordat hij in de zon werd gedroogd. Het resultaat is een intense en sappige zoetheid, door de zon in de boon gebakken. We proeven steenfruit, peer, kamille, wilde bloemen en wilde honing.
