Finally, a coffee that tastes as good as the stuff I used to get at the flagship store—Jonny clearly knows his stuff. The roast is perfectly balanced, not a hint of bitterness, and it’s become my go-to for a slow weekend morning.

Emma ★★★★★

I’ve been brewing this for my morning pour-over and the roast is so balanced it doesn’t need any sugar. The beans are oily enough to smell incredible while grinding but not burnt.

Isabella ★★★★★

The first sip hit me with a bright, clean acidity that mellowed into a smooth, nutty finish — perfect for my morning pour-over. This batch tastes incredibly fresh, like it was roasted just yesterday.

Leo Q. ★★★★★

Brewing this coffee this morning, the aroma filled the whole kitchen before I even took a sip. The body is impressively smooth, with a clean finish that lingers just right without any bitterness.

Matthew ★★★★★

The chocolatey notes really come through when I brew it in my French press, and it’s smooth enough to drink black. Perfect way to start the day.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the flavor profile on this one is incredibly balanced—bright without being acidic. It brews clean and finishes smooth, which is exactly what I look for in my morning pour-over.

Finally a roaster that actually knows what they're doing—the beans come through with a clean, balanced finish every time. My only tiny gripe is the bag could include a bit more detail about the roast date. Still, it's a solid choice for pour-over mornings.

I’ve been using this roast for my morning pour-over and the flavor really opens up as it cools. The beans are consistently oily and aromatic. Only wish the bag had a resealable zipper to keep them fresher.

Henry ★★★☆☆

The beans are consistent and make a decent cup, though I haven't noticed it being significantly better than other mid-tier roasts. The flavor is balanced but lacks that wow factor Jonny's description suggests. It's a solid everyday coffee, just not the standout I was hoping for.
