Opened the bag this morning and the aroma alone told me I was in for a treat—the natural process really shines through in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and got a lovely sweetness with just enough complexity to keep every sip interesting. Definitely ordering another bag before this one runs out.

This is my second bag, and the stone fruit notes really come through in a V60 — it's got that clean finish without being boring. The beans are uniform and smell incredible when you grind them.

The yellow bourbon is noticeably sweeter than most naturals I've tried, with a nice stone fruit acidity that cuts through the milk. Works great as a pour-over but I had to dial in my grind a bit finer than usual.
