Southern Weather was de allereerste blend van Onyx en is sindsdien een basisaanbod: troostend, toegankelijk en veelzijdig met of zonder melk. De samenstelling van de blend verandert met de seizoenen om aan het smaakprofiel van Onyx te voldoen, waarbij momenteel zoete gekaramelliseerde tonen van een gewassen Colombiaanse koffie worden gecombineerd met heldere citrusnoten van Ethiopia Chelbesa Washed. We proefden melkchocolade, pruim, suiker en groene druif, met een sappige groene druifzuurgraad en een krachtig lichaam.
