The caramel sweetness in this one is unreal, and knowing it’s from a Cup of Excellence producer makes every sip feel special. Brewed a pour-over this morning and the cup was clean, bright, and gone way too fast. This is the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and actually taste it.

I’ve been brewing this as my afternoon pour-over and the cup is incredibly clean with a syrupy body that lingers just right. Knowing it’s a Cup of Excellence lot from a producer they’ve worked with for nearly a decade makes each sip feel special.

The fruit-forward sweetness comes through clean and bright in a V60, which makes sense given the Cup of Excellence pedigree. I’ve been brewing this every morning since the bag arrived and it’s consistently the best part of my day.
