Cherry Pick proviene de la Finca Ratnagiri, en la región de Bababudangiri, propiedad de la familia Patre desde 1927. Ashok Patre, cultivador de tercera generación, cultiva las cerezas a la sombra junto con pimienta y cardamomo a 1.200 metros. Las cerezas se someten a una meticulosa fermentación natural anaeróbica en tanques de acero inoxidable, que sella la dulzura de frutas de hueso y el cuerpo almibarado que definen este lote.
