Used a French press for this one and the clarity of flavor really stood out—bright but not acidic, with a subtle spice note that must come from the pepper trees it’s grown alongside. Smooth enough to drink black, which is rare for me.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a naturally processed coffee, but the balance of creamy body with that subtle jammy sweetness is spot-on. The pepper and cardamom interplanting really comes through in the finish—it's complex without being overwhelming.

The cherry notes are surprisingly sweet, not tart, and it brews such a smooth cup that I’ve stopped adding sugar. The fact that it’s shade-grown alongside pepper adds a subtle complexity I didn’t expect. Definitely a new favorite for my morning routine.

This coffee has a really clean, almost tea-like finish that I wasn't expecting from a natural process. I brewed it as a pour-over and could taste a hint of the pepper and spice from the terroir. It's a nice change from the usual fruit bombs.

The coffee has a nice, mellow acidity that works well for my morning pour-over, though the bag doesn’t have a resealable zipper. I had to transfer it to a canister after the first few days. Still, the flavor is smooth and clean.
