Gekkou, que significa luz de luna, es un matcha de cultivo de sombra con hojas tencha de un suave tono verde azulado. Producido por la familia Nishide, donde tres generaciones trabajan codo con codo, y molido lentamente a la piedra en su propio taller. El resultado es un matcha suave y sedoso con notas de chawanmushi (flan de huevo salado), galleta de almendra y praliné de avellana.
