The tasting notes are incredibly clean and floral, exactly what I hoped for from a natural process. It's bright and juicy without any of that funky aftertaste, and it brews consistently every single time.

That slow-drying three-tiered process really comes through in the cup — the body is silky and the aroma lingers beautifully long after the last sip. I brewed it as a pour-over and it tasted like something from a specialty café, just without the trip downtown.

First cup was pure florals and a hint of sweetness that carried through even when it cooled down. The natural process really lets the bean shine, and the slow-drying on those three tiers clearly pays off. Already ordered another bag.
