The first cup hit me with that juicy, tea-like brightness I haven’t found in most beans lately, and it stays smooth even as it cools. I’m already halfway through the bag and actively rationing it for my morning pour-over.

Brewed my first cup this morning and the juicy, Kenyan-like brightness really comes through—almost like a black tea in coffee form. It's smooth enough to drink black, which is saying something for me since I usually add cream.

Brewed a pot this morning and the sweetness carried through even as it cooled, which is rare for me. That SL-28 lineage really shows—it's got that elegant, almost tea-like body but still feels substantial. Already looking forward to tomorrow's cup.
