The blueberry and sugar notes are so clear it tastes almost like a dessert, but the black tea finish keeps it grounded. I brewed it in my pour-over and it stayed sweet even as it cooled, which is rare for a natural process.

The blueberry note is absurdly clear even in a pour-over, and that underlying sweetness with a hint of black tea makes it dangerously easy to finish a bag in a week. I've tried a lot of natural Ethiopians and this one nails the balance between fruit and depth.

Brewed a cup this morning and the blueberry sweetness hit right away, then faded into that sugar-cookie finish. The natural process really lets the fruit shine through without being overpowering.
