Ce café a été cultivé par de petits producteurs sur les montagnes boisées entourant la station de lavage d'Adado, surnommée les « Montagnes Brumeuses » en raison de l'épais brouillard qui s'installe sur leurs pentes boisées. Ce terroir luxuriant, associé à un traitement méticuleux, a donné une tasse vraiment délicieuse. Nous avons perçu des notes de framboise, de cerise noire et de chocolat au lait.
