Sightglass travaille avec le producteur David Muñoz depuis près de dix ans et ils ont réservé ce lot exclusivement pour Fellow Drops. Le café de David s'est classé au Concours d'Excellence du Honduras et c'est la première fois que Sightglass achète auprès de sa parcelle Las Flores. Nous avons perçu des notes de biscuit au chocolat, d'agrumes, de fleurs roses et de fruits à noyau.
