Brewed my first cup this morning and the fruit notes came through loud and clear without any of the muddiness you sometimes get from natural processes — the Paraneima variety really shines here.

The aroma alone is incredible — it smells like fresh berries and dried mango before you even take a sip. That deep fruitiness carries through every cup without any of the harshness you sometimes get from natural processed beans. I'm actually looking forward to my morning coffee now.

I’ve been brewing this as a pour-over, and the fruit notes are incredibly vivid without any of the muddy funk you sometimes get with naturals. The Paraneima variety really shines with a silky body and a long, sweet finish. Going to be hard to switch back to my usual washed coffees after this.

Really clean cup with that intense blueberry note natural process coffees are known for — no musty aftertaste at all. Great for a pour-over on a slow weekend morning. Just wish the bag had a resealable zipper to keep freshness longer.
