Tim Wendelboe achète du café auprès de la coopérative Kapsokisio depuis 2012 et, après être tombé amoureux de leurs cafés, a collecté des fonds pour les aider à construire de nouveaux lits de séchage. 90 % de ce lot est constitué de la variété unique K7, qui lui confère une saveur distinctement vive et fruitée. Nous avons perçu des notes d'églantier, d'hibiscus et de baies rouges.
