Ce microlot exceptionnel provient d'un groupe de petits producteurs de la colline Mikuba, au Burundi, et a été traité à la station Heza du Long Miles Project. Les cerises ont été dépulpées puis fermentées en anaérobie avant d'être séchées au soleil. Le résultat est une douceur intense et juteuse, infusée par le soleil directement dans le grain. Nous avons perçu des notes de fruits à noyau, de poire, de camomille, de fleurs sauvages et de miel sauvage.
