En 2022, Unity a visité la coopérative Ndimaini et a été frappée par la qualité exceptionnelle de leur café et leur transparence. La majorité des membres vivent à moins de 3 km de la station de lavage et leurs cerises sont dépulpées et lavées dès leur arrivée. 90 % de ce lot est composé des magnifiques variétés SL-28 et SL-34, réputées pour leur éclat. Nous avons décelé des notes de raisin blanc, de fruits à noyau et de citron vert : un café propre, vibrant et facile à boire.
