Pulled a shot this morning and the crema was thick enough to hold a spoon, seriously dense and syrupy just like the description promises. The dark chocolate and molasses notes came through loud and clear, even with my basic machine. It’s my new go-to for dialing in.

The sweetness really comes through in a pour-over—dark chocolate up front with that molasses finish lingering nicely. I've tried it as a cold brew too and the honey-like body holds up even chilled.

Pulled a double shot this afternoon and the syrupy body with that dark chocolate note was exactly what I needed.
