Steeped a bag while watching the snow fall, and the bright lemon verbena really cuts through that morning fog. The warmth is comforting without being heavy, and the flavor lasts through a second cup.
Brewed a cup this frosty morning and the mint-lemon verbena balance is spot-on—the bright citrus acidity cuts through the chill perfectly.
I wasn't expecting the lemon verbena to be this fragrant—the dried leaves almost smell like a fresh herb garden when you open the pouch. That bright citrus acidity cuts perfectly through the mint, making even a gray January afternoon feel a bit sunnier.
