The washed process really lets the Gesha shine—every sip has that clean, delicate finish I keep chasing. Nilson Lopez clearly knows what he’s doing, given the Cup of Excellence pedigree, and this batch lives up to it for a weekend pour-over ritual.

Peach and orange marmalade came through exactly as described, and the washed Gesha process gives it a clarity I usually only find in much pricier lots. Brewed a V60 this morning and the cup stayed sweet from first sip to last.

The first sip hit me with a bright peach note that was almost like biting into the fruit itself, and that orange marmalade finish lingers so cleanly. I've ordered coffee from many Colombian farms, but this washed Gesha stands out for its clarity.
