I brewed a cup for a friend who swears she can taste decaf in anything, and she guessed it was a light roast with real Ethiopian character. The fact that this comes from a single farmer’s lot makes the cup feel more personal than the usual blends.
The clarity really is the star here—I’ve never had a decaf that tastes this clean and bright, almost like a proper single-origin. I’m genuinely surprised it’s decaf, and it’s become my go-to for an evening cup without the jitters.
