Only 4 hectares and it shows—every cup has this clarity you just don't get from blended lots. I brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness carried through from first sip to the last drop.
The traceability here is what sold me—knowing it comes from a single 4-hectare farm makes each cup feel personal. It’s bright and clean, exactly what I hoped for from a small producer.
Every single-farm Ethiopian coffee I’ve tried has been good, but this one stands out because you can really taste the care that went into those 4 hectares. The roast is incredibly clean and the notes are so distinct I actually looked up the farm’s story after my first cup.
