このコーヒーは、アダド・ウォッシングステーション周辺の森林に覆われた山々で小規模農家によって栽培されました。その山々は、樹木が並ぶ斜面に立ちこめる濃い霧から「ミスティ・マウンテンズ」と呼ばれています。この豊かなテロワールと丁寧な加工が、本当に素晴らしい一杯を生み出しました。ラズベリー、ブラックチェリー、ミルクチョコレートの風味を感じました。

The forest-grown character really comes through, that dense fog must do something magical because the cup feels alive and layered. I’ve tried a lot of Ethiopian coffees and this one stands out for its clean, delicate finish that lingers nicely. Definitely my new morning ritual.
