オレティはケニアに残る数少ない個人所有のコーヒー農園のひとつで、アバーデア山脈の尾根に広がる90エーカーの農園です。1946年に設立され、5代目の生産者ボイス・ハリーズが運営し、今も素晴らしいコーヒーを生産し続けています。AAはケニアコーヒー最大の豆サイズで、シャープな酸味と複雑な風味が高く評価されています。ハニーサックル、ジャスミン、カラント、カモミール、甘い大麦茶のような風味を感じました。

The roast is remarkably consistent, and that 90-acre ridge terroir gives it a clean, bright finish that lingers just right. I brewed a pour-over this morning and the cup was so smooth I didn't even reach for sugar.
