Brewed a cup this morning and the lemon peel brightness really comes through without any bitterness, which is rare for a light roast. It’s smooth enough that I’ve been sipping it black all week, and the plum sweetness lingers nicely as it cools.
The lemon peel note really comes through as a pleasant brightness, making this light roast feel lively but never sharp. I’ve been brewing it as my daily pour-over and the plum finish lingers just enough to keep each sip interesting.
